Arthur P. Ryan is the Litigation Coordinator at Smitiuch Injury Law. Mr. Ryan has extensive expertise in serious slip and fall accidents. He is responsible for case management, client liaison, trial and mediation preparation. In addition to his primary responsibilities within the Tort department, he is also a valuable resource to the Accident & Benefits and Marketing departments.
Mr. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Ryerson University.

Keith W. Smitiuch is the Operations Manager at Smitiuch Injury Law. He brings a wealth of skills in process planning, project management and information technology. Mr. Smitiuch is a liaison with clients and assists them throughout their case. He is also responsible for the firm's business development initiatives and the operations and administration of the Toronto and Brantford offices.
Mr. Smitiuch holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) degree from McMaster University.

Iris is an articling student at Smitiuch Injury Law, completing her articles under the supervision and guidance of Megan Johnston.
She earned her Juris Doctor with third-year distinction from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law in June 2026, where she was awarded the Unique Best Student Awardfor three distinct academic works. Prior to law school, Iris graduated with high distinction from the University of Toronto with a double major Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she earned numerous awards for academic merit, including the Dennis William Magill Award, the Justina Barnicke Scholarship and Bursary, and the Magdelena Gryc Award.
Before joining the firm, Iris worked as a legal consultant for DVG Professional Corporation, providing rigorous research, analysis, and writing in support of family and tort law matters. Dedicated to her community, she also volunteers as a tutor, helping the next generation of students develop both their academic skills and their confidence.
A prolific writer, Iris has authored several academic articles, including “The Camp: Modernized, But Forever a Landscaper”, published through the sociology department. Her forthcoming paper, “Science on Trial in Canada: Judicial Boundary Work, the Pathology of Wrongful Conviction, and the Necessity of Epistemic Humility”, was selected for publication in the Criminal Law Quarterly by its editor, Professor Kent Roach.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Iris enjoys playing the piano and is preparing for her Royal Conservatory of Music Grade 11 exam. She can also be found experimenting with new recipes and building expert Lego creations.

Linda Wang is an articling student at the Smitiuch Injury Law. After graduating with her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in 2026, she is excited to begin her articling term working directly under the firm’s principal, Peter Cho.
During law school, Linda expanded her practical advocacy skills through the Poverty Law Intensive Program at Parkdale Community Legal Services. As a law student caseworker in the Social Assistance, Violence, and Health (SAVAH) Division, she managed approximately 25 cases, passionately advocating for clients through social assistance appeals, anti-violence matters, and healthcare access.
Before law school, Linda graduated summa cum laude with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from York University, earning the Dean's Academic Research Excellence award. She also brings a strong client-first background from her time as a customer experience associate at TD Canada Trust, where she was nominated for her excellent customer service and team leadership. Dedicated to giving back to her community, Linda has volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada to help refugee claimants prepare for mock IRB hearings and has mentored new immigrants through the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC).
Outside of the office, Linda loves exploring new recipes, restaurants, and desserts, finding a special kind of joy in sharing food with family and friends. She is an avid RPG gamer, an enthusiastic polyglot who speaks English, Mandarin, and French while learning Cantonese, and a creative spirit who enjoys both admiring art and expressing herself through painting, digital art, and other mediums.
