Tim Daly is an associate lawyer at Smitiuch Injury Law. After articling with the firm, he was Called to the Bar on June 27, 2022. He works directly for the firm’s principal, Michael Smitiuch, on personal injury matters.

During law school, Tim was a member of the Sports Solution Clinic. There he was a case manager in which he would provide support to the caseworkers, conduct legal research, draft athletic agreements, and facilitate the relationship between athletes and caseworkers. He also worked as the Vice President of Student Affairs with the Student Legal Society for two consecutive terms.

Tim is passionate about cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs and seeing what good new shows he can discover on Netflix.
